Alma and Julien presented an excellent array of pairings for a recent wine tasting at our property in Raymond, NE. The event was a huge success and our guests are still praising the amazing wines from Julien Fayard, Covert Estate and Nicholson Jones. Alma worked with our private chef to pair the wines with small bites that complimented each other perfectly.

Alma provided auction donors to Jane Fonda’s passion project the Georgia Campaign for Adolescent Power and Potential an opportunity to learn, taste and buy wines that are not traditionally found at their local grocery store. These wines were top 1% in Napa Valley and Alma paired them perfectly with each of our chef’s curated courses. Alma’s knowledge and compassionate delivery put our guests at ease and armed them with the knowledge of selecting great wines for their future enjoyment.
